PS8223 – 3.0Gbps HDMI™ 1:2 Demultiplexer
1:2 HDMI™/DVI Demultiplexer for Source Device
PS8223 integrates a 1-to-2 HDMI™/DVI De-multiplexer that supports HDMI 1.4b or DVI display interfaces. It it similar to the PS8222, except that the PS8223 defaults to the use of a passive switch in the DDC signaling mux (reprogrammable via I2C control mode).

- The TMDS data and clock input can be either AC or DC terminated, enabling use in level shifter / repeater applications
- Programmable equalization and transmitter pre-emphasis to compensate PCB, connector, and cable losses
- Integrated 50 ohm input termination
- Low Intra-pair and Inter-pair skew
- DDC signal mux is 5V tolerant, includes passive switch and active buffer options
- default setting is passive switch mode, reconfigurable through I2C control mode only
