Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle shipping and receiving
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, email, faxes and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Book travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation of regularly accounting reports
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Required Skills
- BS degree in business administration, Accounting or Finance; 3-6 years relevant experience preferred.
- Strong Excel and database skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Team player and have ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
