Randy Baker Joins Parade Technologies as Senior Vice President of Operations

SANTA CLARA, Calif., – February 17, 2016 –Parade Technologies, Ltd. (Taipei Exchange: 4966.TWO), a leading video display and interface IC supplier, today announced that Randy Baker has joined Parade as a senior vice president and member of the executive team, reporting to CEO Jack Zhao. Baker has oversight of global manufacturing and foundry operations.

Baker comes with over 28 years of experience with leading multinational semiconductor companies serving in senior operations and product development roles. He was most recently Corporate VP of Oregon Operations at Lattice Semiconductor. Baker joined Lattice in 1985 as Director of Manufacturing, later becoming VP of Manufacturing, and then Lattice’s VP and GM.
Prior to Lattice, Baker served at Intel, from 1981 to 1985, in the areas of operations and customer service. He has a BS in Business Administration for Lewis and Clark College in Oregon, and an Executive MBA from Stanford.
