Active port configuration switch for USB Type-C®, for devices with DisplayPort Sink or Branch function – AEC-Q100 Grade 2

The PS8742V supports the requires high-speed signal switching functions for USB Type-C receptacle interface that includes a DisplayPort Branch or Sink function using DisplayPort Alt Mode.   The PS8742V includes redriver circuitry for the Super Speed USB and DisplayPort single paths to overcome signal loss in the switch and internal system interconnect.
