Parade Technologies Announces Appointment of Joe Montalbo to Senior VP of TrueTouch Business

SANTA CLARA, Calif., – August 30, 2015 –Parade Technologies, Ltd. (Taipei Exchange: 4966.TWO), a leading video display and interface IC supplier, today announced that Joe Montalbo is appointed to the position of Senior Vice President, TrueTouch Business.

Mr. Montalbo served as the Vice President of Cypress’s TrueTouch Business Unit since December of 2013, prior to the closing of acquisition of TrueTouch by Parade. Prior to that he served as VP & GM of LV MOSFETs and Power MCM’s at Fairchild Semiconductor. Before that he was SVP at Synaptics where he drove the development of their first multi-touch platform and spearheaded the acquisition of a display driver team which resulted in the first display integrated touch solution in the industry. Prior to that he served as CEO of Pixim Inc., a venture backed image sensor startup, spun out of Stanford. Joe started his career at National Semiconductor and ultimately became VP & GM for several businesses at National Semi, including ASIC, Image Sensors, Microcontrollers and Displays. He has a BEEE from The Cooper Union in New York and has been awarded 7 patents.
