Parade Reports Fourth Quarter 2011 Results

Financial Highlights:
- 4Q11 consolidated revenue NT$896 million, up 73.93% from previous quarter
- 4Q11 consolidated net income NT$210 million; Fully diluted EPS NT$3.89
Parade Technologies, Ltd. today announced consolidated revenue of NT$896 million (US$29.6 million) and net income of NT$210 million (US$6.9 million) for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2011. It also announced that its fully diluted after-tax earnings per share (“EPS”) was NT$3.89.
Quarter-over-quarter, in NT dollars, fourth quarter revenue increased 73.93% and net income increased 174.94%. Compared to the same period of 2010, fourth quarter results represented a 105.73% increase in revenue and a 205.95% increase in net income.
The fourth quarter gross profit was NT$438 million, or 78.32% and 134.41% higher than the previous quarter and the same period of last year.
It also announced consolidated revenue of NT$2,330 million (US$79.3 million) and net income of NT$454 million (US$15.4 million), fully diluted after-tax earnings per share of NT$9.43 for the year ended December 31, 2011.
Compared to the year ended December 31, 2010, the 2011 full year results represented a 46.29% increase in revenue. Gross margin for the year was NT$1,118 million, operating margin was NT$541 million.
