TC1316V – Multi-touch Controller and eDP TCON EmbeddedDisplay Driver for Automotive Displays
TC1316V is an integrated Multi-touch Controller and eDP Timing Controller embedded driver (TTED) for automotive in-cell LTPS and a-Si TFT panels that incorporates gate drivers in panel (GIP) and source de-multiplexers. It provides the GIP control high voltage signals with embedded level shifters. The gamma correction circuit allows adjustment to panel characteristics to optimize the display quality.
TC1316V supports 4 lanes eDP1.5 input up to 5.4G bit rate and 2560 channels source driver output.
TC1316V can be used in single-chip mode or two-chips cascade mode. Touch firmware and display code are stored in an external flash memory.
TC1316V is designed for COG (Chip on Glass) assembly.
