eDP v1.4b LCD Touch Embedded Timing Controller with Panel Self-Refresh for In-cell Notebook Applications

The low power DP816 supports WQXGA (2560 x 1600) at up to 60 Hz refresh rate using 4 lanes at the HBR2 (5.4 Gbps) link rate for in-cell notebook applications. DP816 provides full eDP 1.4b functionality including PSR2 (with selective update), Adaptive Sync and DSC. It also supports a LCD backlight power saving feature through state-of-art contrast enhancement technology. In addition, it provides a high-speed Scalable Intra Panel Interface (SIPI™) to the source drivers that drive the display. The DP816 device also has an embedded multitouch touch controller for digital filtering and processing of touch data received from the complementary TC2200 touch embedded source drivers.
