Analog Design Engineer

Need to have analog or mixed-signal design experience in the areas of PLL, high-speed I/O, LVDS, or ADC/DAC
Requires MS degree or 3+ years experiences with BS degree in Electrical Engineering

Sr Logic Design Engineer (USB)

Responsibilities:

Understand customer requirement and USB 3.0 standard and specifications
Work with architecture team to define USB related project specifications
Lead design and development of USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 projects
Write architecture and implement document of design
Realize the design in FPGA evaluation platform and verify the design in a real system
Work with other design teams, marketing and customers to set and achieve aggressive product development schedules
Conduct test plans to identify functional problem and performance issues with silicon during chip evaluation process
Provide technical support for marketing, sales and customers

Requirements:

MS degree, Electrical Engineering or related fields
Strong background in USB 2.0 and/or USB 3.0 architecture
Minimum 5 years experience in logic design
Minimum 3 years experience of USB related product development
Hands-on experience in IC product development from concept to successful production
Good experience with industry standard EDA tools for synthesis, verification and timing analysis
Strong written and oral communication skills
Good English communication skills

Logic Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

Understand technical standards and project architecture documents
Design and verify state-of-the-art integrated controllers for video and PC applications
Implement design in HDL, and work with teammates to verify the design in terms of functionality and performance requirements
Write design implement documents
Work on logic synthesis and static timing analysis in design and verification process to ensure the gate area and timing target

Requirements:

System Validation Engineer

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute system validation plan
Develop and execute tests to find and to help to resolve functional issues within silicon
Identify and exercise boundary conditions and special cases to find elusive bugs
Work closely with design team to develop post-silicon validation platform

Requirements:

BS degree in either Electrical Engineering or related
Minimum 2 years working experience in system validation
Knowledge of PCB design and video systems
Hands-on experience in script language programming of C-shell, Python, or Perl
Proactive attitude in product quality assurance and good problem identification and analysis skills
Good written and oral communication skills
Good English communication skills

Test Engineer

Familiar with ATE product testing, and be able to independently develop test vectors, and load board
Work experience on major testing equipment platforms is a plus
Requires MS degree with 3+ years working experience

System Engineer

Must be familiar with communication and video systems, and be able to carry on system simulations
Desirable to have strong mathematics skills and solid working experience in Matlab for system simulaton
Background in semiconductor circuits is a plus
Requires MS degree, PhD preferred

Mask Designer

Good skills in analog/mixed-signal layout using Cadence tools, must be familiar with major CAD tools for DRC/LVS
2+ years of layout experience is required
Degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus.

Application Engineer

Responsibilities:

Provides technical and application support for advanced display interface products
Work independently on evaluation board design and development for high-speed mixed-signal applications in PC and consumer electronics industry
Support customers for system level debugging, to solve system level problems, and to speed up customers’ product development cycles
Draft user guides, applications notes and other technical documentations

Requirements:

BS or MS degree major in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years working experience in hardware development
Having good knowledge of or experience in systems, and/or chips level design
Familiar with PCB Layout procedures, system level testing & troubleshooting
Experienced with various measurement techniques, and knowledge in digital display interfaces such as LVDS, DVI, & HDMI
Highly motivated individual, capable of working independently
Good oral and written communication skills in English

Software Developer

Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise in design, develop and maintenance of GUI debug/demo utilities and GUI OEM customization tools
Develop and document functional specification

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
Firm grasp of PC hardware and MS Windows OS
Solid foundation in C and C++ (experience with x86’s assembly is a plus but not require)
Familiar with user interface development using VC6, MFC and Win32 API
Superior analytical and problem-solving skill
Able to work independently to accomplish long-term, complex objective
Able to follow direction and to participate as a member of a development team
Good communication skill, English required

Firmware/Software Developer

Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise in design, develop and maintenance of firmware and OEM customization tool
Develop and document functional specification
Customize firmware based on OEM’s specification

Requirements:

Master degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Bachelor degree with 1 years of related experience
Firm grasp of PC hardware and MS Windows OS
Solid knowledge on embedded system
Experience in firmware development (preferably 8051 and Keil C experience)
Superior analytical and debugging skill
Able to work independently to accomplish long-term, complex objective
Able to follow direction and to participate as a member of a development team
Excellent communication skill, English required
