Job Title: Administration & Accounting Support

Responsibilities

  1. Answer and direct phone calls
  2. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  3. Handle shipping and receiving
  4. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, email, faxes and forms
  5. Develop and maintain a filing system
  6. Order office supplies
  7. Book travel arrangements
  8. Assist in the preparation of regularly accounting reports
  9. Submit and reconcile expense reports
  10. Provide general support to visitors

Required Skills

  1. BS degree in business administration, Accounting or Finance; 3-6 years relevant experience preferred.
  2. Strong Excel and database skills
  3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  4. Strong organizational skills
  5. Team player and have ability to work independently
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
